A message from our CEO, Peter Urmson

As I reflect on 2024 as it draws to a close I see how our business continues to push forward and evolve. Looking back in this year we achieved some significant milestones as a business and for our customers. As we close the year out we are now more focused than ever on constantly improving the customer experience, delivery of great products that are meaningful, and have a positive impact for customers. We keep doing the exciting hard yards and are constantly evolving. 

  • We love our Enterprise partners who we have strong trusted relationships with.

We have joint goals of enabling SMBs to grow and flourish using our collective products and services. We have launched several new exciting products and major partnerships. We saw a big increase in Europe with year on year customer number growth. The category is strong. Notably we had major growth with our reviews and listings solution. We have almost hit 100% growth with customers year on year. This has had a material positive impact on subscription growth. Our multi product delivery solutions continue to evolve and are a key pillar of our strategy for 2025 and beyond. In the first half of next year we have some great exciting new releases for our partners and their Sales teams.

  • We launched a new exciting brand, Online Essentials.

Online Essentials is designed to work with resellers and enterprise partners that do not want a white label solution. Our audience and end customer is the small business owner and our role is looking at how we can improve their lives by helping their businesses be successful and thrive through digital marketing and business tools. We live with partners in the UK and Netherlands. Our focus is on digital marketing packages. We are set to go live in a few other countries in the first half of next year. It’s a very exciting launch. We are fixated on helping SMBs be successful. 

  • We launched another exciting model, Agency Essentials

We have great standard and premium products and services that we have built over time. We are now offering these to our enterprise partners for their top tier customers with an agency level of service. We are also working directly with local marketing agencies across Europe, US and Australia. This has had significant uptake and we see a great opportunity to help agencies and our enterprise partners over the coming year.

Our investment in AI tooling and delivery are starting to really shape our organisation. Creating great opportunities for our customers, our business model and our passionate people. For Spotzer Digital 2025 will undoubtedly be the ‘Year of the customer and AI!’ Bring it on.
