To bring the partnership to life, we worked closely with the FLYERALARM team to help develop the product strategy and go-to-market strategy. We also supported the technical implementation of features in their online customer journeys.
As part of this collaboration, Spotzer Digital has taken on the responsibility of launching websites and e-commerce products, ensuring end-to-end fulfillment and client relationship management. This means that our team develops and implements these digital solutions and manages ongoing relationships with clients, providing continuous support and optimisation to meet their evolving needs.
Since the launch, we have seen steady month-on-month growth of order volumes with sales-as-a-service being a key driver. In the sales-as-a-service model, our partners transfer leads to our dedicated sales team that converts these leads into customers for our digital solutions.
