We lanceerden dit in 2021 om onze partners te helpen hun omzet te verhogen zonder hun personeel uit te breiden, commissies te beheren en moeite te doen om hun personeel op te leiden. Hieronder vallen eigen Spotzer Digital producten zoals websites en digitale marketing, maar ook producten van derden die door onze partners worden aangeboden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sinds we deze service hebben gelanceerd, hebben we een enorme groei doorgemaakt. Momenteel, <strong>meer dan 30% van onze wereldwijde ordervolumes wordt geleverd door onze verkoopcentra met white label<\/strong> die namens onze partners verkopen. De resterende 70% wordt geleverd door de verkoopteams van onze partners. We zijn actief in alle belangrijke regio's, waaronder Europa, de VS en APAC. De service is een standaardonderdeel van onze lanceringen geworden en we verwachten dat de vraag naar de service zal blijven groeien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Onze CEO, Peter Urmson, zei het volgende:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\"Het is spannend om te zien. We zijn in staat partners te adviseren over hun digitale strategie, hun go-to-market te ondersteunen, hen te helpen onze oplossingen te verkopen en fulfilment en klantrelaties te beheren. Naarmate we deze service verder ontwikkelen, verwachten we dat de waarde ervan voor onze partners verder zal groeien.\"<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De service omvat ook een upsell-functie waarbij onze klantmanagers ook upsellen aan de klanten van onze partners.  Het gebruik van Spotzer Digital voor upsell helpt ook bij het verbeteren van klantbehoud om een paar belangrijke redenen die hieronder worden genoemd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Het is veel handiger voor de klant om al zijn online marketingactiviteiten bij \u00e9\u00e9n bureau onder te brengen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Klanten zullen daarom minder snel naar een concurrent gaan voor online reclame&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Klanten die meer dan \u00e9\u00e9n leverancier gebruiken, lopen het risico alle oplossingen bij \u00e9\u00e9n bedrijf onder te brengen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Churnpercentages voor klanten met \u00e9\u00e9n product kunnen oplopen tot 10%.
