Le NPS est important car les clients satisfaits d\u00e9pensent plus et restent plus longtemps. Ils disent \u00e9galement \u00e0 leurs relations \u00e0 quel point vous \u00eates bon. De m\u00eame, des \u00e9quipes heureuses se traduisent par des clients heureux. Il y a beaucoup de choses \u00e0 prendre en compte et \u00e0 r\u00e9unir pour y parvenir.<\/p>\n<p>Il n'est pas facile d'y parvenir. Mais nous voulons \u00eatre encore meilleurs. Nous sommes d\u00e9sormais accros aux am\u00e9liorations, \u00e0 l'apport d'une touche personnelle et \u00e0 l'obtention d'un excellent NPS.<\/p>\n<p>Nous nous mettons dans la peau du vendeur de nos produits et services, puis dans celle du client. Nous devons faire en sorte qu'il soit facile pour chacun de comprendre ce que nous pouvons faire pour am\u00e9liorer la vie de nos clients. Nous devons obtenir d'excellents r\u00e9sultats pour les clients et les partenaires.<\/p>\n<p>Cela n'a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 facile. Nous sommes toujours \u00e0 la recherche d'am\u00e9liorations constantes. Mais maintenant que les cha\u00eenes atteignent entre 40 et 60 points NPS dans le monde entier, nous pensons que nous sommes dans la bonne direction.<\/p>\n<p>La plupart de nos partenaires du secteur des t\u00e9l\u00e9communications se situent au-dessus de 55 points. Nous en sommes particuli\u00e8rement fiers, car il s'agit d'une cat\u00e9gorie de clients qui peut \u00eatre tr\u00e8s impitoyable. La plupart de nos partenaires dans le domaine des annuaires et de la recherche sont au-dessus de 40 points, certains atteignent 60 et 80 points et quelques-uns sont en dessous de 40 points. Encore une fois, il s'agit d'un march\u00e9 difficile et comp\u00e9titif sur lequel nous nous engageons \u00e0 mettre en \u0153uvre des tactiques d'am\u00e9lioration constante, o\u00f9 le d\u00e9vouement et la passion nous permettront de r\u00e9pondre continuellement aux nouveaux d\u00e9fis et de nous am\u00e9liorer. Nous visons un NPS de 80 dans toutes les cat\u00e9gories de partenaires au cours des 12 \u00e0 18 prochains mois. Pour ce faire, nous devrons innover, investir dans des solutions technologiques et, bien entendu, faire \u00e9voluer notre m\u00e9thodologie de formation pour qu'elle soit la meilleure de sa cat\u00e9gorie \u00e0 l'\u00e9chelle mondiale. <\/p>\n<p>Cette exp\u00e9rience nous a appris beaucoup de choses. La le\u00e7on la plus importante est qu'il faut donner \u00e0 ses \u00e9quipes les moyens d'essayer de nouvelles choses et d'obtenir de bons r\u00e9sultats. Sans cela, il n'y a que des paroles et pas d'action. Vous avez donc besoin de confiance, d'audace et de l'adh\u00e9sion de toutes les personnes concern\u00e9es \u00e0 l'\u00e9quipe #Oneteam. Sinon, vous ne ferez que de petites am\u00e9liorations progressives, et ce n'est tout simplement pas suffisant dans un monde num\u00e9rique qui \u00e9volue rapidement.<\/p>\n<p>Ce que nous savons, c'est qu'il est facile d'atteindre un NPS de 40 points si l'on peut suivre la voie \u00e9prouv\u00e9e qui permet d'y parvenir. Pour atteindre 60 points, il faut davantage d'innovation. Atteindre un NPS de 80 n\u00e9cessitera davantage de r\u00e9organisation des processus. Mais pour que tous les scores augmentent, vous devez absolument adopter une approche #Oneteam dans tous les services et points de contact. Cela signifie une collaboration \u00e9troite, un travail en \u00e9quipe #oneteam, une collaboration avec des experts dans leur domaine et un rapprochement.
