Onboarding

Starting a new job is exciting and a little scary. You’ll meet a lot of new people and learn to work in a new
environment.
So, you’re ready for your first day. Curious about what to expect? Take a look:

On your first day, you’ll start Spotzer’s onboarding training. We will give you everything you need to do your
job and help you to set up the office systems. The onboarding process will take 2 weeks. During onboarding,
you’ll spend some time with your team, receive technical training about your position, and meet your
colleagues.

Taking care of our team is a top priority, in and out of the office. We provide collective accident insurance as well as individual disability and life insurance.
